- Returns must be requested within 5 days from the date your order is delivered
- Once your return request is approved, the product must be shipped back within the timeline shared by our team

Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Have no stains, marks, damage, perfume, or deodorant marks
- Be returned in original packaging
- Have all tags and labels intact
- Include the original invoice or order confirmation
Items that fail our quality check will not be eligible for refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene standards:
- Panties/briefs are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable
- Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged

Exchanges
We offer size exchanges subject to product availability.
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Exchanges are processed only after the original item passes quality inspection
- If your requested size is unavailable, you may opt for store credit instead

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and your order number. Our team will assist you on priority.
