Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 5 days from the date your order is delivered
  • Once your return request is approved, the product must be shipped back within the timeline shared by our team
Requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • FREE return shipping when you choose store credit
  • Credit issued instantly after quality inspection
  • Usable on any future purchase on our website
Original Payment Method
  • Return shipping / processing fee will be deducted
  • Remaining balance refunded to original payment mode
  • Processed within 7–10 working days after inspection

Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Have no stains, marks, damage, perfume, or deodorant marks
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Have all tags and labels intact
  • Include the original invoice or order confirmation
Items that fail our quality check will not be eligible for refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene standards:

  • Panties/briefs are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable
  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to product availability.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Exchanges are processed only after the original item passes quality inspection
  • If your requested size is unavailable, you may opt for store credit instead

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and your order number. Our team will assist you on priority.
